Develop a basic conceptual project layout designing as per user requirement specifications (URS) and regulatory requirements & other guidelines. Man and material flow drawings. Architectural working drawing of the facility showing elevations, plans and sections.
Complete Civil and structural engineering drawings of the plant. In depth drawing for structural steel, RCC and allied works. Preparations of foundation drawing of the machines and equipments. Specifications for room partitions, floor, wall, doors, windows and ceilings. Preparations of estimate and Bill of Quantity (BOQ) for civil construction. Examination and approval of supplier working drawing and documents.
Engineering design and drawing of electrical distribution of the plant. Electrical categorization of different layout. Prepare specifications for all electrical requirements in the plant.
